"We were really over the moon with our choice to work with Randy Smith for the sale of our vacation home and extra lot. It is an iconic home in the La Quinta area, but a bit of an unusual property. Randy went above and beyond from start to finish. He is the hardest working realtor in the desert and will bend over backwards to help you! He's completely trustworthy, and we truly felt he made us a priority at every step. We appreciated his flyers and outreach, then meeting with us and giving us space to decide when the time was right. Once we got started, he adapted to our vacation rental schedule to do showings, not something all realtors would have been so upbeat and can-do about due to the challenge with scheduling. He helped us with a realistic pricing strategy, knowing the market so well in that area. He was great with prospects, and confidently helped us to negotiate and achieve a result we were very happy with and help keep me calm throughout. He helped us navigate the home inspection and arrange cost-effective repairs as we do not live locally. He went on video phone numerous times with me so I could direct storage of items, a huge help, and even helped me with getting various items where they needed to go (not in his job description, but again, a very generous and hard-working person!). A technical transactional snag and then a USPS delay came up at the last minute that could have derailed the deal. This is where having an experienced, hard-working, committed, experienced, and organized realtor makes all the difference! Randy spent a ton of time chasing down the package and then driving it where it needed to go to the land registry. If you think all realtors are pretty much the same, think again! You do not know what will come up on your deal. Not to mention, his commission was less than one of the other quotes we got. If we buy in the area again, we will be sure to use Randy Smith, and will shout from the rooftops to anyone who is thinking of selling to be sure to call him up."
